How old you have to be to buy from us
You need to be 18 or over. If you place an order, you're promising you're old enough.
Privacy and our mailing list
If you shop with us, we'll ask if you'd like to stay in touch over email. If you say yes, we'll email you from time to time - sometimes with our newsletter, other times with news of new products and events you might like.
To unsubscribe, just click ‘unsubscribe me' at the bottom right-hand corner of any email we send you.
We'll never share or sell your personal information.
All our prices include VAT and we can put them up or down when we need to.
If you live outside the European Community, you may need to pay any duty that applies in your country.
The listed price is the actual price, irrespective of the inclusive VAT (which we pay on all our UK and European sales) This tax is not in addition to the final price.
We have found this to be the fairest policy so that the price remains the same for all our customers, irrespective of where they are.
How to pay us
You can pay us using Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Maestro (including Switch), Solo, Discover. You can also use PayPal.
We work in pound sterling.
Keeping payments secure
We partner with PayPal and their credit card facility Payments Pro. PayPal process all the information related to your payment, and verify your card details – not us.
We don’t store your card details.
Who owns what
Some of the content you see on this website – design, layout, look, appearance, all images and graphics, and more – is owned by or licensed to us. You must not reproduce any of it without our written permission.
Please get in touch if you’d like to speak to us about our intellectual property.
If we run out
If you place an order we can't then fulfil, we'll offer an alternative. You can say yes or no to it. If you say no, we'll refund the amount you paid.
It's up to you to make sure the delivery information you give us is accurate - and to be there when the post person turns up.
As soon as you receive the item, or if you're not there when the post person tries to deliver, you take responsibility for it, including risk. If the post person has to try and post the item again and there's a cost, you'll need to pay it.
If you're exporting or importing a piece, it's up to you to comply with the laws of the countries you're sending from and to - and to pay any expenses, including any export or import duties, fees, liabilities and tax/duty costs.
Cancellations and returns
Take a look at our common questions to find out about cancellations and returns.
Unless we agree otherwise, you'll get your refund within 30 days of the date we agree to refund you. We repay the refund with the same method you paid us - for example, if you paid by card, we'll refund your card.
What we're liable for
If you're injured or you pass away because of our negligence, or that of our employees or agents, we're liable. But we won't be liable for any economic loss or loss in profit (indirect, incidental or consequential) that comes from our negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation and so on.
If we break any of these terms and conditions, we might pay you damages or compensation. But we'll never pay you more than the price of your order.
These terms and conditions create obligations for you. You'll indemnify us against all claims, costs and expenses which we might incur and which arise, directly or indirectly, if you breach any of them.
Waiver. If we waive any of these terms and conditions, implicity or explicitly, we can't guarantee we'll do the same in future.
Force Majeur. If an event or circumstance is out of our control - acts of God, accidents, war, fire, strikes, lockouts, terrorism, failure of any communications including phones and computers, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and more - we won't be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations. We will, however, be entitled to a reasonable extension of our obligations.
Invalidity and severance. Each clause and any part of these terms and conditions is independent of the others. That means if we find we can't enforce any one part, or it's not valid, it will be severed and won't affect the enforceability or validity of the rest of these terms and conditions.
If there’s a dispute
The way you use this website, and any disputes that arise because of this website, is subject to the laws of England. The Courts in England will have sole jurisdiction in resolving any disputes.
